Backstage at the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2026 show, the two fashion powerhouses shared a laugh, a hug, and a striking similarity—both sporting signature dark sunglasses that have come to define fashion authority. A viral video posted by Vogue captured the surreal moment as Streep, clearly out of character, admitted, “This is my first fashion show,” while standing beside Wintour.

Also in the room: Stanley Tucci, who played the loyal yet sharp-tongued Nigel Kipling in the 2006 film, and rising star Simone Ashley, set to join Streep and Tucci in The Devil Wears Prada 2 next year.
