Marginal profession applying for family visa

I am Indian National, bachelor degree holder, working as sales representative for a garment shop and my salary is KD 500 plus I receive KD 100 for monthly incentive. Can I apply for family visa as I heard news about some profession are not allowed even their salary is KD 500 and above. Kindly clarify in marginal profession.
