KUWAIT CITY, June 18: A person born in 1994 was arrested on charges related to reckless driving, damaging state property, and threatening to stab a farmer, reports Al-Anba daily. The daily added, the suspect was arrested on the Subbiya Road near the Fattouh mosque after a video clip went viral showing the man doing stunts and endangering the lives of other road users.
A police patrol sent to the area found a black American vehicle colliding head-on against the metal barrier (fence). No occupants were seen inside. Subsequently, at 5:20 am, another report came from the owner of a farm indicating that an individual had entered his accommodation and was threatening to stab him. During the search of the area a person was spotted inside an abandoned farm holding two knives and appeared to be in an abnormal state.
