KUWAIT CITY, June 29: Marginal workers, unlicensed shops, sale of foodstuffs unfit for human consumption are doing brisk business in open areas in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, reports Al- Qabas daily.It looks like these areas are free for all where the hands of security cannot reach because on most occasions than not chaos rules.All sorts of violations are committed in these areas because these areas are infested with singles, a majority of whom are violators or residence and labor laws.The entire area looks like a dumping ground and risks are too many.
