KUWAIT CITY, July 14: Minister of Justice and Chair of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Minors Affairs (PAMA), Counselor Nasser Al- Sumait issued a decision on Sunday to refer 15 PAMA employees to retirement for completing 30 years of service, reports Al-Seyassah daily. In a statement, Minister Al-Sumait explained that the decision is part of ongoing efforts to develop the administrative structure and enhance the efficiency of institutional work, in line with PAMA’s vision to modernize its administrative system and improve the quality of its services. This step reflects PAMA’s commitment to leadership renewal and to creating opportunities for young professionals to assume positions of responsibility, thus ensuring continued excellence in delivering fair and efficient services to those in need.
