Legal age to work in Kuwait

I have a question regarding the change in residency. I am 19 years old and soon going to turn 20 in the month of October. I completed my 12th grade and I am doing my BBA course in Kuwait. But, I would like to work and study together to take up my study expense by myself. Is it possible, that I can work with any company and change my residency to the company’s name? As I am going to be 20 years old in the next month, will there be any problem in changing my residency? Please advice for the same, looking forward for your reply.

Answer: The legal working age in Kuwait is 18 years and so at 20 it will be possible for you to change your dependent visa to a work visa on condition that you have a job with a company willing to effect the visa transfer.
