KUWAIT CITY, Oct 30: The Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) announced Thursday that it has referred a supervisor and other officials in the Ministry of Public Works (Al-Ashghal) to the Public Prosecution on suspicion of forgery, embezzlement, and facilitating the misappropriation of public funds.
In a statement posted on its X platform account, Nazaha emphasized its continued commitment to examining, collecting evidence, and investigating all credible information and reports it receives regarding corruption cases.
The authority also highlighted the role of whistleblowers in providing critical information, assuring that they will receive full protection and confidentiality as mandated by law and executive regulations.
Nazaha reiterated its determination to pursue all legal measures necessary to combat corruption and uphold public accountability.
