KUWAIT CITY, Sept 14: The Public Authority for Minors Affairs (PAMA) on Sunday organized an exhibition and a series of awareness sessions on first aid for individuals under its care, in cooperation with several governmental bodies and civil society organizations.

Acting Director General of the Authority, Dalal Al-Nouri, said in a press statement during the event that the initiative aims to promote a culture of first aid and enhance public awareness about its vital role in saving lives.

She added that the event includes interactive workshops conducted by specialists in the fields of health and emergency care, focusing on essential first aid techniques and emergency response skills.

Al-Nouri affirmed PAMA's commitment to educating both its staff and the minors under its guardianship, equipping them with the necessary knowledge and capabilities to handle emergencies effectively and responsibly.

She emphasized that the Authority’s responsibilities go beyond material and social support, extending to the cultivation of a generation that is both conscious and health-aware, capable of facing various life challenges.

"That is why the Authority consistently organizes such initiatives in partnership with various state institutions to elevate levels of awareness and preparedness," she said.
