KUWAIT CITY, Feb 7: Oh Minister of Health, open the files of your ministry, especially the files pertaining to the purchase of medicines and the companies involved in it. Your Excellency, Kuwait has spent about $17 billion during the Corona pandemic, but somehow some parties benefited from these deals at the expense of the Ministry of Health.
