KUWAIT CITY, May 7: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced on Wednesday the automation of six essential services as part of its integrated system, aiming to streamline procedures and move towards a fully paperless bureaucracy.
In an official statement, the CSC said the newly automated services include procedures related to job status amendments, new appointments, external transfers, experience calculation, job title changes, and settlement of end-of-service benefits.
The Commission emphasized that this step will significantly save time and effort by eliminating the need for in-person visits, enhancing efficiency, and facilitating smoother administrative operations for users.
