Kuwait's Anti-Corruption Authority Refers Officials for Fraud

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 5: The Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) referred several leaders and others to the Public Prosecution on suspicion of submitting inaccurate financial disclosure statements, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2/2016, amended by Decree-Law No. 69/2025, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

It stated that the examination of the financial disclosure statements submitted by some leaders and others revealed inaccurate information.
