KUWAIT CITY, Feb 24: Kuwait Club and national team show jumping star Ali Jassim Al-Kharafi has officially qualified for the 2025 Show Jumping World Cup Finals in Switzerland, marking a significant achievement for Kuwait and the nation’s equestrian community.

Al-Kharafi secured his spot after earning 67 points in the Arab League competitions, finishing behind Saudi rider Ramzi Al-Dahami (71 points) and Emirati rider Omar Al-Marzouqi (69 points).

Expressing his joy, Al-Kharafi emphasized the honor of representing Kuwait on the global stage in one of the most prestigious equestrian events.

Masoud Jawhar Hayat, President of the Kuwait Equestrian Federation, extended his congratulations to Al-Kharafi, praising his outstanding performance in the Arab League qualifiers within the seventh regional group, which includes Arab nations. He highlighted Al-Kharafi’s exceptional skills in show jumping and affirmed the federation’s commitment to fully supporting him throughout his sporting journey.
