KUWAIT CITY, Feb 29: The Al-Nakheel Agricultural Production Company has announced the signing of two tender contracts worth 17.17 million dinars, according to a statement on the Kuwait Stock Exchange, yesterday, reports Al-Seyassah daily. “Al-Nakheel” indicated that it had signed a tender contract for the implementation, development and maintenance of cosmetic crops and irrigation in the Sabah Al-Ahmad area, the residential city of Al-Khiran and the roads adjacent to it, at a value of 16.70 million dinars.

The company noted that the procedures for signing the contract are being completed, noting that its financial impact will be reflected in the operational revenues item and the profits item in the company’s budget throughout the contract period of 5 years, and the financial impact is expected to appear In the third quarter of 2024. “Nakheel” also signed a tender contract for the implementation, development and maintenance of cosmetic plantings and irrigation in the gardens of colleges and institutes of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the Shuwaikh region for 470 thousand dinars. The company expected the financial impact to be reflected in operating revenues and the profits item in the budget.
