KUWAIT CITY, July 2: The social media activists posted a very strange report saying a Kuwaiti woman was banned from travel and a search and arrest had been issued against her because she had a debt of 300 fils, reports Al-Anba daily.
A voice recording has gone viral. A woman can be heard saying she had been arrested and referred to the authorities. She said she was shocked to learn that she owed someone 300 fils. She also documented her story by uploading the travel ban order and the arrest warrant issued in her name.
