KUWAIT CITY, Aug 24: Detectives are tracking down a citizen who was armed with a machete and tried to attack his family inside their home in Al-Waha, Jahra Governorate. According to a security source, the Operations Unit at the Ministry of Interior received a call from a family member of the citizen. Security forces rushed to the house and found the terrified family members, but they did not find the accused. They were informed that he escaped moments before their arrival; indicating that he was in an abnormal condition, held a machete, and threatened to kill them due to disagreements. The source added that the security forces gathered information about the accused and circulated it to other security units to expedite his arrest.
