KUWAIT CITY, Nov 22: A Kuwaiti man ended in a police station for poking his nose into the affairs of others in which he had nothing to do, reports Al-Rai daily. This happened when personnel from the Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Commerce visited a butcher shop in Shuwaikh and ordered the butcher to show his ID.

The latter refused and there was an argument between them following which the inspectors sought the help of police. When police arrived at the spot, the Kuwaiti intervened and tried to settle the dispute and ended up insulting the men in uniform. He was then forced into a police car and taken to the downtown police station.
