KUWAIT CITY, June 24: An unidentified Kuwaiti, believed to be an employee of the Directorate- General of Fire Department, has been arrested on suspicion of starting fire in eight different places in the Sabah Al-Salem area. According to a security source, securitymen intensified their presence in the area after the outbreak of fires in several areas in Sabah Al-Salem and arrested the Kuwaiti who is believed to be in his late thirties.
