KUWAIT CITY, March 26: Securitymen have arrested a Kuwaiti for impersonating police and robbing expatriates at night, reports Al- Rai daily. The daily added, the suspect picked his victims as soon as they left the cafés. The arrest came after the victims filed complaints with the police. At the time of arrest the man was in abnormal condition according to security sources. During interrogation he confessed to committing the crimes. He justified his act saying he needed money and there was no other way to get it, except by robbing people. According to a security source, police records showed the man was wanted by law in several other criminal offenses.
