Kuwaiti girl in bid to kill self

KUWAIT CITY, Jan 25: A Kuwaiti girl attempted to commit suicide by consuming large quantity of pills. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information from a Kuwaiti woman that her daughter took large quantity of pills and is lying unconscious on the ground, securitymen and paramedics were dispatched to the location.

Paramedics quickly took the girl to Jahra Hospital where she has been admitted in the Intensive Care Unit. Securitymen have summoned the family members of the girl for investigations to determine the reason behind her suicide attempt. Meanwhile, an Asian woman tried to end her life by consuming a cleaning solution inside a fl at in Mangaf area. She has been referred to Adan Hospital for treatment.
