Kuwaiti duo held fishing in restricted area of sea

KUWAIT CITY, Nov 3: Two Kuwaiti citizens were arrested after a pursuit by Coast Guard patrols for engaging in illegal fishing in a restricted area. These citizens were found to violate the regulations of the Environmental Public Authority (EPA), and legal measures have been initiated against them.
