ABU DHABI, June 15, (KUNA): Kuwaiti rally driver Mohammad Al-Dheferi secured second place in the fourth round of the UAE Rally Championship on Sunday, competing against 25 drivers in a challenging 32-kilometer desert course.
The race featured intense competition as participants maneuvered through demanding desert terrain. UAE’s Sheikh Abdullah Al-Qasimi claimed first place, narrowly edging out Al-Dheferi.
Speaking to KUNA, Al-Dheferi expressed pride in his performance, attributing his success to rigorous preparation. He emphasized his eagerness to compete in more high-level events, noting that such opportunities enable him to proudly represent Kuwait and raise its profile in the world of rally racing.
