KUWAIT CITY, May 1:The Public Prosecution has decided to release a Kuwaiti citizen on bail of KD 500 in connection with the cryptocurrency mining case. The Public Prosecution had charged the citizen with three offenses related to undermining state security and endangering national interests. Lawyer Salman Al-Matrouk appeared on behalf of his client, who is the homeowner where the mining equipment was discovered, and requested his release on any bail amount the Public Prosecution deemed appropriate. It is worth highlighting that the citizen denied all charges against him.
