KUWAIT CITY, Aug 27: Officers from the Jahra Emergency Patrols apprehended a citizen found in possession of drugs and a bottle of alcohol on the Sixth Ring Road. According to a security source, patrol officers became suspicious of the vehicle’s driver and stopped him for questioning. The man appeared to be in an abnormal state and was found carrying drugs in addition to a bottle of alcohol. He was immediately arrested, and both he and the seized items were referred to the relevant authorities for further action.
