Kuwaiti arrested for harassing female students

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 18: Police have detained for interrogation an unidentified young Kuwaiti for reckless driving and harassing female students of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) in Ardhiya, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to security sources someone informed the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior that someone driving a four-wheeler without a number plate was harassing female students by blocking their path.

When police reached the spot and ordered the man behind the wheel to surrender, he attempted to escape but was chased and arrested by the police patrols in Ardhiya.

By checking the identity of the suspect police discovered he was wanted by law in several cases including reckless driving. His vehicle has been impounded by the police
