BELGRADE, July 29: The Kuwait U-20 national team claimed a 3-1 victory against Serbian club Sevojno in a friendly match during its training camp in Serbia.
The goals were netted by Misfer Al-Adwani, Abdullah Al-Rashidi, and Hadi Al-Enzi, showcasing the team’s attacking strength.
Kuwait is now gearing up for the Gulf Youth Championship, set to take place in Abha starting August 28. Drawn into Group A, Kuwait will face off against Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen. Meanwhile, Group B includes Oman, Iraq, Bahrain, and Egypt, which are participating as replacements for the United Arab Emirates.
