Kuwait Squash Federation expands to 15 clubs after General Assembly meeting

The General Assembly meeting is taking place.

KUWAIT CITY, June 2: The General Assembly of the Kuwait Squash Federation convened at its headquarters in South Surra, where it approved both the administrative and financial reports for the past year. The meeting was attended by representatives from 11 out of the 14 member clubs.

The session was chaired by Federation President Walid Al-Sumaie, with Secretary General Hamed Al-Omran and Treasurer Mishaal Al-Sharqawi also in attendance.

Al-Sumaie opened the meeting by welcoming attendees and highlighting the national teams' achievements over the past year. A three-member committee was formed to verify and approve the meeting minutes. The committee included Dr. Faisal Sarkhou (Al-Tadamon), Dr. Nasser Al-Fadhli (Kazma), and Bashar Al-Ramzi (Al-Salmiya).

Additionally, the General Assembly approved Fahaheel Club's request to join the squash federation for the 2025–2026 season, raising the total number of member clubs to 15.
