KUWAIT CITY, Oct 16(KUNA): The Kuwait national padel team, for both men and women, will take part in the first-ever Asia Padel Cup, hosted by Qatar from October 17 to 24, featuring elite teams from across the continent.

Omar Al-Zanki, Chairman of the Kuwait Padel Club and head of the Kuwaiti delegation, said the participation reflects the country’s commitment to developing padel and enhancing its presence regionally and internationally.

Al-Zanki emphasized that the team has prepared thoroughly for the tournament and aims to achieve results that honor Kuwait’s name. The squad includes some of the nation’s top male and female players, guided by the club’s experienced technical and administrative staff.

Expressing pride in representing Kuwait at the inaugural official Asian padel championship, Al-Zanki expressed confidence that the players will deliver performances befitting the stature of Kuwaiti sports.
