Kuwait revokes the citizenship of 11 individuals through two official decrees.
KUWAIT CITY, Sept 7: The Kuwaiti Council of Ministers has issued a decision to revoke the citizenship certificates of eight individuals, according to the official gazette Kuwait Alyoum.
The decision also includes the withdrawal of citizenship from individuals who had acquired it through dependency on the aforementioned persons. The action was taken in accordance with Article 21 bis (A) of Amiri Decree No. 15 of 1959 concerning the Kuwaiti Citizenship Law and its subsequent amendments.
