Kuwait resumes social allowance for eligible female employees: CSC

The Civil Service Commission re-disburses social allowance to Kuwaiti female employees in accordance with regulations.

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 28: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced Tuesday the re-disbursement of the social allowance for Kuwaiti female employees who comply with existing rules and regulations.

The CSC said in a statement on its official Twitter account that the resumption applies to those meeting the controls and provisions outlined in Civil Service Council Resolution No. 1979/1.

The commission added that, in line with its Circular No. 2025/10 regarding the justification for requesting the social allowance for children of male employees, the allowance will be repaid to eligible Kuwaiti female employees.

The decision marks a continuation of the government’s efforts to ensure the timely provision of social benefits to qualifying civil service personnel.
