Al-Dabbous emphasized that the Municipality’s decision aligns with the regulations set forth by the Municipal Council and authorizes relevant departments to ensure compliance with approved business activities sanctioned by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Furthermore, certain activities such as car sales, spare parts shops, repair workshops, and commercial or administrative offices are prohibited within the park premises. Additionally, updating the traffic study for the project is deemed necessary to accommodate the developments.
