DOHA, Oct 21 (KUNA): The Kuwait men’s national padel team suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat to Qatar in the group stage of the inaugural Asian Padel Championship Qatar 2025, currently underway in Doha and running until October 24.
Representing Kuwait are players Abdulaziz Mayouf, Abdulrahman Al-Awadhi, Fouad Behbehani, Hamoud Al-Junaidel, Hussein Shams, Abdullah Al-Roudhan, Yousef Nizar, and Mohammed Al-Qattan.
The tournament is being held in two phases. The first took place from October 17 to 19, featuring 17 teams ranked between fifth and twenty-first across Asia and Oceania, divided into four groups. The final phase is set to conclude between October 20 and 24.
