KUWAIT CITY, Oct 5: The Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) recently conducted a comprehensive inspection campaign in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, under the leadership of Eng. Rabab Al-Osaimi, the Authority’s Acting Director General. This initiative forms part of PAM’s ongoing efforts to strengthen oversight of the labor market and safeguard its regulatory environment.

The campaign focused on ensuring that establishments fully comply with applicable laws and regulations to protect the rights of both workers and business owners. Inspections included reviewing labor contracts, workplace conditions, and adherence to employment standards.

Eng. Al-Osaimi emphasized that such inspection campaigns will continue regularly, reinforcing PAM’s commitment to maintaining a safe, well-organized, and fair work environment.
