KUWAIT CITY, May 6: The Kuwait Gymnastics Federation commended Nour Al-Ruzaihan's outstanding performance and commendable outcome in the 20th Asian Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship, which concluded in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Highlighting her achievement, the federation revealed that Nour clinched the eighth position in the hoop competition, amidst formidable contenders from nations like Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, China, and Singapore. They emphasized her remarkable feat of standing out among the continent's elite rhythmic gymnasts in the junior girl’s category, having progressed to the championship's final round. The federation deemed the team's participation in this continental event a resounding success.

Notably, Al-Ruzaihan's eighth-place finish marks the pinnacle of Kuwaiti gymnastics' history in continental competitions for girls and youth. The federation underscored Nour's status as a promising champion deserving of utmost attention and support.
