KUWAIT CITY, Sep 29: Interior Minister & Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Anas Al-Saleh declared on Tuesday a 40-day period of mourning in the country starting from today and Government offices will be closed for 3 days & flags to fly half-mast over government buildings following the death of Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah today at the age of 91.
