The event is conducted with the patronage of Nasser Al-Masaieed, the tournament's sponsor, and features comprehensive support from the Kuwait Equestrian Center.

Al-Sarraj noted that the arbitration committee, led by Kuwaiti court judge Sharon Al-Qaoud, includes members Nadhar Al-Mustafa, Lama Abdel-Al, Nada Al-Awadi, and Julia Voronko. The meticulously designed course is credited to Frank Rothenberger, with assistance from Yaqoub Al-Nasrallah, and the warm-up field will see the presence of Awad and Farah Al-Sarraj. The entire team is dedicated to ensuring the success of this significant sporting event.
