Kuwait condemns terror attack on a church in Syria, offers condolences

The State of Kuwait strongly condemns the terrorist attack targeting a church in Damascus, Syria.

KUWAIT CITY, June 23: The State of Kuwait has strongly condemned the terrorist attack that struck a church in Damascus, Syria, resulting in multiple casualties and injuries.

In an official statement issued on Monday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Kuwait’s firm and principled rejection of all forms of terrorism and violence, regardless of their justification or motives.

The ministry extended its heartfelt condolences to the Syrian government and people, as well as to the families of the victims who lost their lives in the brutal assault. It also expressed hopes for a swift and full recovery for those wounded in the incident.

Kuwait reaffirmed its solidarity with Syria in confronting acts of terror and emphasized the importance of international efforts to combat extremism and safeguard civilian lives.
