KUWAIT CITY, July 17: Minister of Health Dr. Ahmad Al-Awadhi reaffirmed on Wednesday the Ministry of Health’s unwavering commitment to advancing healthcare services in Kuwait, emphasizing that sustained progress in the sector will elevate the country's regional and global stature.
In a press statement marking the successful completion of nine advanced remote robotic surgeries, Minister Al-Awadhi expressed pride in the milestone, which he noted had been met with commendation from the nation's political leadership.
The Minister extended his deepest gratitude to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. He praised their steadfast support and patronage of Kuwait’s healthcare system, describing it as a driving force behind the ministry’s continued success.
“This achievement reflects the ongoing encouragement and strategic guidance provided by the leadership,” Al-Awadhi stated. “Such support not only motivates us but also reinforces our responsibility to enhance our efforts and further solidify Kuwait’s leadership in delivering high-quality medical care.”
He stressed that the Ministry of Health remains resolute in its mission, pledging to maintain momentum in delivering excellence across healthcare services. “We will continue to work with dedication and integrity to raise the standard of health services, ensure Kuwait’s representation in international health forums, and secure our nation’s place among global leaders in medical innovation and care,” he said.
The Minister concluded with a prayer for continued prosperity and protection for the State of Kuwait under its wise leadership.
