KUWAIT CITY, Oct 15: The second round of the Handball League concludes with two exciting matchups. The first game kicks off at 5: 00 pm between Al-Tadamon, currently without points, and Kazma, who holds two points. Later at 6:30 pm, the highly anticipated round's top match takes place, featuring the defending champion  Kuwait Club with two points against last season's runner-up, Al-Qadsiya, who is yet to score points, in what is dubbed the "league classic."

The first match is expected to be a straightforward win for Kazma ("Orange"), who should have little trouble overcoming Al-Tadamon, a less experienced and capable opponent.

The second clash promises to be a thrilling and competitive encounter, as both Kuwait Club ("White") and Al-Qadisiya ("Yellow") were standout teams last season. Kuwait Club claimed the Premier League title, while Al-Qadisiya finished as runner-up. These meetings are always intense, attracting significant public and media attention.

Last season, the two teams faced each other four times. Al-Qadsiyasecured a 32-30 win in the merger league, but Kuwait Club won the following three encounters: twice in the Premier League (34-26 and 35-32) and the Super Cup final (40-35). Their most recent meeting was on September 24 in the semi-finals of the Arab Clubs Championship, where Kuwait Club triumphed 25-19.

Meanwhile, Burgan claimed its first win of the season with a 28-25 victory over Al-Fahaheel after losing its opening match to Al-Arabi.
