Kuwait Army triumphs over Musaylima the Liar’s army

The army stands as the nation’s bulwark, ever vigilant in safeguarding national security, sparing neither blood nor effort, and dedicating all its resources to protect the land, lives, and existence of the country. In recent days, the Kuwait Army demonstrated an unwavering commitment to maintaining national security when Kuwait faced Iranian terrorist aggression.

The malevolent neighbor left no room for good-neighborly relations, cutting off all avenues of cooperation. In confronting this systematic aggression, the Kuwait Army showed remarkable resilience, particularly in the context of modern warfare.

Today, combat increasingly relies on advanced technology, including drones and remotely launched missiles. The Kuwait Army proved it possesses the skill, strength, and readiness required of any modern military to repel aggression and protect the nation. Everyone knows that Kuwait is a defensive state, not an offensive one. It exercises its right to defend itself, but throughout its history, Kuwait has never attacked another country. On the contrary, it has often endured hardship to maintain good-neighborly relations with all nations. Kuwait has been committed to preserving positive relations with countries around the world.

For decades, it has pursued a policy of mediation between disputing parties and has been highly successful in this role. However, when Kuwait faces aggression in a war in which it has no part, it responds with firm determination. Self-defense has become a necessity against the malevolent neighbor on the other side of the Gulf, who has sought to destabilize Kuwait and the Gulf states. Recently, Iran targeted Kuwait with more than 186 missiles and 812 drones. The Kuwait Army confronted these attacks with full force, successfully destroying 172 missiles and 755 drones, even as the homeland was marked by the blood of soldiers, citizens, and residents. Everyone is ready to shed their blood and sacrifice their lives for the sake of the homeland.

This is Kuwait - its people, its land, its state. All are willing to die defending its existence. In contrast, the Iranian regime has come to realize that Kuwait, and all the Gulf states, are not easy prey and that any attempt to threaten them will be met with overwhelming resistance. This realization came far too late, which was evident when the Iranian president issued an apology to Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council states, perhaps an attempt to throw dust in people’s eyes. However, history is not kind. The story of Musaylima the Liar is deeply ingrained in the minds of the people of this region. They do not care about Iranian presidential apologies, especially when the wound is so deep. Words alone cannot repair what has been done.

In the past, Musaylima the Liar, who claimed prophethood, tried to bribe and deceive his followers, but he was exposed and became an example of lying and hypocrisy. This applies to the Tehran regime. The war against the followers of Musaylima the Liar brought about his end because lies have no legs. The remaining pillars of the Iranian regime of backwardness must reflect on the fate of that self-proclaimed prophet.

They must realize that they cannot hide the sun of truth with a sieve of slogans, nor can they weaken the Gulf peoples who are united behind their leaders and governments. There is no doubt that the war is nearing its end. The tone of defeat was evident in the recent speech of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, despite his attempts to downplay the defeat.

In reality, Pezeshkian was poisoning the well when he said that the Iranian attacks were conducted on the principle of firing voluntarily in the absence of orders. He indicated that orders had been issued to cease attacking the Gulf neighbors or launching missiles towards them, unless Iran was attacked from the territory of those countries. We can easily refute this statement, as it is well known that Iran maintains terrorist proxies in Yemen, Iraq, and Lebanon, with some attacks launched from these countries, particularly Iraq.

The Iranian fifth column remains active. A believer does not fall into the same trap twice. The Gulf states cannot trust these claims unless Tehran dismantles these militias and stops directing them to attack the Arabian Gulf states. Only then will it be clear whether the Iranian president truly regards the Gulf states as brothers, as he claimed in his speech. Those who have witnessed Iran’s criminal and terrorist activities over the past 47 years know that words alone are meaningless without action. History shows that Iran has consistently failed to honor its commitments to the Gulf states.
