KUWAIT CITY, June 23: Chief of the Kuwait Fire Service Force (KFSD), Major General Talal Al-Roumi, met on Monday with Director General of the United Arab Emirates’ National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA), Ali Al-Neyadi, to explore avenues for strengthening bilateral cooperation in the fields of emergency preparedness, crisis response, and disaster management.

In a press statement, the Fire Force said both sides emphasized the importance of enhancing collaboration, sharing expertise, and maintaining ongoing coordination to bolster preparedness and ensure swift and effective responses to potential crises.

The meeting also addressed the integration of strategies and systems aimed at improving regional readiness in the face of complex challenges.

Present at the meeting were Head of Kuwait’s National Cyber Security Center, Engineer Abeer Al-Awadhi, along with several senior commanders from the Fire Service Force.
