Kuwait City, Feb 06: Kuwait Airways organized an open day for its employees which was held at the sports villages, in cooperation with the Kuwaiti Sports for All Federation in the Sulaibikhat area. The open day included the participation of employees and their families in various recreational and sporting activities and events, bearing witness to the spirit of happiness, friendship, and unity of being one family. The event was also attended by Kuwait Airways Board Member, Mr. Salem Al-Shatti.

Speaking on the occasion, the Director of Corporate Communication, Public Relations, and Marketing at Kuwait Airways, Mr. Munawer Al-Munawer stated, “Organizing the open day for employees and their families comes within the framework of Kuwait Airways’ commitment towards developing social activities, which strengthen friendly relations among the employees, thereby increasing and fostering a positive and productive spirit among everyone. This also contributes towards consolidating relations, coordination, and cohesion among the employees.”

Al-Munawer added that events such as these were unique opportunities for employees to engage in recreational activities outside their work environment. He emphasized that one of the priorities of the company is to encourage, support and appreciate employees for their commitment and tireless efforts that they have extended throughout the year, thereby contributing to their productivity, which in turn benefits the company. Moreover, such events and activities also reflect the company’s commitment towards improving the work environment and enhancing team spirit.
