KUWAIT CITY, Sept 22: Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) has publicly announced the list of 18 companies invited to participate in the tender for the provision of labor for the maintenance and operation of the LNG filling branch in the Shuaiba Industrial Area, which is affiliated with Kuwait Oil Tanker Company (KOTC). According to the notice, any company that is not listed in the tender announcement published in the official gazette Kuwait Alyoum may submit a request to challenge their exclusion or to apply for participation in the tender, provided they include the necessary documentation. Also, the tender will be released 30 days after the publication date. Meanwhile, KOTC has announced an extension for the final meeting regarding the supply of all navigational charts, notices, and publications for its fleet ships. In addition, Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) announced the awarding of a tender for connecting a fiber optic cable between the data centers in Ahmadi and Zour. The contract was awarded to a private company with the lowest bid of KD 164,777.
