KUWAIT CITY, Sept 9: The Kuwait Oil Tanker Company (KOTC) has announced in the official gazette Kuwait Alyoum that it has awarded a tender for the supply and painting of its tankers’ hulls for USD 4.95 million (approximately KD 1.4 million). This decision was made based on the recommendations of the Higher Purchasing Committee for Tenders of the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) and at the request of KOTC.

According to the announcement, a tender was offered to develop data converters to six companies 30 days after the announcement was published in the official gazette, based on the request of the Kuwait Petroleum International Company. At the request of the Kuwait Oil Company, a tender for control services was launched on August 29.

The closing date for this tender is October 28, 2024, and the deadline for receiving inquiries about the tender is early October. KPC has announced the awarding of the contract for renting a compressor for the waste of the oil sector complex building to Bremen International Building and Road Cleaning Contracting Company. The company was selected for offering the lowest price that met the specifications, amounting to KD 16,100. In addition, KPC announced the awarding of the contract for the supply of document copying paper and also the tender for renting and providing drivers for KPC.
