KFH signs an agreement with Daam Real Estate Development Company  to offer financing services for customers

Kuwait City, Jan 20: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has signed an agreement with Daam Real Estate Development Company to offer financing services for customers wishing to buy Daam’s ready-made housing units.
The agreement will benefit both parties by offering Shariah-compliant financing solutions for Daam’s customers and contributing to providing financing services according to the applicable terms and provisions of granting personal finance.
Certainly, this cooperation is part of KFH’s constant support to the efforts aiming at providing proper housing for citizens and finding solutions for the housing industry. Additionally, it is geared towards developing the capabilities of national companies in a manner that would develop and assist their sales and marketing endeavors.
Following the signing of the agreement, KFH Acting Executive Manager Personal Finance, Abdulaziz Alsaeed affirmed KFH’s efforts towards supporting Kuwaiti companies, enhancing the Bank’s personal financing services, and encouraging projects and initiatives that focus on providing proper housing for citizens.
Alsaeed pointed out that, pursuant to the agreement, KFH will offer the required financing for customers buying Daam properties. In turn, the Company will grant customers exclusive benefits as part of the facilities offered to encourage those wishing to purchase real estate.
Thanks to KFH’s diverse personal financing products, Alsaeed reiterated that the Bank is able to meet the demands of customers buying Daam’s properties through Sharia-compliant financings that meet the different needs and financial capacities of customers.
In addition to being a distinguished real estate investment, Alsaeed noted that Daam’s projects are adopting new housing perspective, making the Company an exemplary in the field. He added that KFH is a main supporter for initiatives that provide modern solutions for the housing sector across different areas of Kuwait.
“KFH operates from the basis of collaboration and cooperation, servicing the national economy, pushing the production industry forward and supporting individual’s needs,” added Alsaeed. “I extend my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to organizing and preparing this agreement”.
Meanwhile, Daam Real Estate Development Chief Executive Officer, Adnan Al Muhanna said “We are pleased to be working with KFH, one of the leading financial institutions, to provide an array of financing options for our customers who are participating in the company’s projects.”
Al Muhanna explained that under the agreement, the Company will cooperate with KFH to offer opportunities of Islamic personal financing solutions for customers wishing to purchase the Company’s real estate, noting that Daam’s properties are of excellent specifications, good quality and with distinct locations, “Daam’s will offer exclusive benefits for KFH customers.” added Al Muhanna.
