KUWAIT CITY, Sept 7: A coordination meeting was held in the conference hall at the Kuwait Football Association headquarters at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium. The meeting brought together representatives from various state ministries and stakeholders involved in organizing the upcoming match between the Kuwaiti national team and the Iraqi national team, scheduled for the day after tomorrow as part of the 2026 World Cup Asian qualifiers.
The meeting was attended by the Director General of the Public Authority for Sports, Bashar Abdullah, Vice Chairman of the Kuwaiti Football Association, Ahmed Aqla, Secretary General of the Federation, Salah Al-Qanaei, along with representatives from the organizing bodies. Discussions focused on the match's organizational program and reviewing the readiness and preparedness of all involved parties and committees to ensure the event's success.
