KUWAIT CITY, July 17: Kazma Sports Club will begin first-team training on Saturday, under the direction of Croatian head coach Dragan Tadić as it prepares for the upcoming 2024–2025 season, which officially starts with the Zain Premier League on September 12.

Training sessions will be held on the club’s secondary pitch No. 2 before the team departs for an overseas training camp in August, which will feature several friendly matches.

After several lean years without major trophies, Kazma has been active in the transfer market, aiming to return to title contention. The club has renewed the contracts of captain Nasser Al-Faraj and goalkeeper Faisal Al-Subaie for another season.

Kazma also secured the signing of midfielder Sultan Al-Enezi, who previously played for Qadsia and Al-Arabi before spending last season with Oman’s Dhofar club. Additionally, they brought in Olympic national team midfielder Bandar Al-Barazi from Al-Nasr. Defender Bader Dhukrallah and forward Mishaal Al-Shammari have both extended their contracts as well.

To bolster its squad further, the team signed Jordanian professionals Ali Al-Azaiza and Youssef Boujazar, while also renewing contracts for fellow Jordanians Anas Al-Awdat and Nigerian forward Samuel Enikola.
