Kazma and Al-Shabab secure wins in Volleyball Federation Championship

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: Kazma volleyball team temporarily leads the Federation Championship standings with three points after a convincing 3-0 victory over Naser at the Volleyball Hall of Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Sports Complex in the second round. In the same round, Al-Shabab also claimed a 3-0 win against Al-Arabi.

Following these results, Al-Shabab sits second and Al-Arabi third in the standings, both on equal points, with Kazma holding the advantage on set difference. Qadsia has two points, Burgan one, while Yarmouk, Naser, Kuwait Club, and Sulaibikhat remain scoreless.

Kazma reinforced its squad for the new season with national player Abdullah Al-Mulla, under the guidance of Brazilian coach Kakaru, and signed Brazilian professionals Costa and Adimar, along with local player Fahad Al-Saad. The team is aiming for success in domestic competitions and is also preparing to represent Al-Adailiya in the Arab Clubs Volleyball Championship alongside Kuwait SC, scheduled for January.
