KUWAIT CITY, Oct 23: In the case of setting fire to Judge Sultan Bouresli’s vehicle, the Court of Cassation issued its ruling, sentencing the two main defendants to prison terms of four and eleven years, respectively, on charges of arson, possession of a firearm, and drugs. The court overturned the four-year prison sentence against the first defendant on drug trafficking charges due to insufficient evidence. The court also upheld the acquittal of a member of the ruling Sabah family on all charges.
