Jleeb ops on hold till after Eid

KUWAIT CITY, April 21: State Minister for Municipality Affairs Eng Walid Al-Jassim affirmed that the joint committee tasked to monitor the situation in Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh has stopped working due to the total lockdown in the area, indicating the participating authorities exerted tremendous efforts to eliminate violations and encroachments on State properties.
Speaking to the daily, Al-Jassem disclosed the committee will resume work after Ramadan to get rid of the remaining violations, in cooperation with other concerned ministries. He said the committee has yet to submit its final report to study the proposed alternatives to develop the area
