Jail upheld for abduction of own kids

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 17: The Court of Cassation upheld the verdict of the Court of Appeals that sentenced a Saudi prince to seven years in prison and fined him KD 10,000 for kidnapping his children from his Kuwaiti ex-wife. Previously, the Criminal Court acquitted the accused but Attorney Emad Al-Saif filed a lawsuit on behalf of the ex-wife concerning social status issues as he kidnapped the children.
